Did you check your porch? UPS is infamous for dropping off packages without ringing or knocking.
You can contact UPS directly to check into this. You may want to follow up with Intel Customer Support if UPS doesn't give you a satisfactory response...
Yes, checked porch multiple times. Beside they can't drive in here without me seeing them (I was here all day).
Already contacted UPS. Under lost package investigation.
Have attempted to contact Intel via the "Check Warranty Status" page but have not received a confirmation or response. So don't know if that was successful or not.
UPS tells me their investigation could go as long a 8 business days. That's just unacceptable. Intel paid them for 2nd Day Air. They need to get a replacement delivered while they slog through their investigation. And if they recover the package they can return it. The package has probably been opened already anyway by whoever it was delivered to.
Just finished an on online chat session with Customer Support.
Intel received my claim and the warranty department is working on it with UPS.
