I have a Intel(R) core (TM) i5-4570T CPU (4CPUs) 2.90GHz. My graphics are a Intel HD 4600. My current display mode is 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz). My current operating system is Windows 8.1 (64 bit). Every time I get on a server or on single player, it tends to make flickering colors a LOT. I don't know whats going on and i'm very new to computers. Soooooo I need major help with this annoying problem.

At this point I would recommend to download the graphics driver from HP site. Intel always recommend to install the drivers from the computer manufacturer since they customize the drivers according to the each feature.
