My mistake. This NUC unit has a fresh install of Windows 10. It was downloaded from my action pack subscription. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the link but not exactly my problem. When it occurs all icons are gone and the system is 100% locked up. Can't open the taskmgr, can't do Ctrl + Alt + Delete, etc...

At this point, we have seen this issue when Windows 10 is not activated.
Have you activate Windows yet?
