When I install another hard drive other than C (Seagate 500g "C", new Seagate 750g "D"), it seems to install correctly, and then my computer starts crashing. Then it won't boot with Windows 7 ( I also had this problem with XP), because it seems to get confused as to the boot drive... I think it sees the new blank drive for the boot. From what I've read, install should be automatic, but I'm wondering if there's a bios setting to make sure the C drive is the boot drive. Any help?
You need to configure the BIOS to make the first atempt of boot through the 500GB hard-drive!!!
To do that enter the bios, by pressing F2, and go to booting sequence configuration.
If you have some dificult you can put it here, ok!!!
