ubilinux has zero support so are there other debian ports?

      Hi All

It looked like ubilinux was going to be THE os for edison as far as I was concerned but the company is not able to offer ANY support for this os from what I have seen.

So the breaking point for me was the inablilty to change speed on the i2c bus. It looks like this requires a kernel recompile.

Being an embedded device you would think edison would always have these options enabled but oh well...

So if not ubilinux then what??? I'm not sure I'm a fan of yocto.

There were some others working on debian ports, are they still around???

      Any advice would be welcome.
