      I tried to ask for help with this ( Contact Support )

      for live Chat got the answer "Not Available" (http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat) "Thank you for contacting customer support"

      for online support request I need ticket number, but I don't know how to get it


      I decided to write here. Please, help me ask Intel about warranty of my new cpu. Which method of contact I have to use for receive an answer from Intel?
