In this case since you are using a Lenovo tablet we suggest you contact Lenovo support to see if there is any known issues with their product and perhaps a fix on your their end.
Thank you esteban for the reply, I already did but they don't seem to have any solution at all. We went through rigorous discussions along with some other unlucky people like me in their forums but no hope for us yet. And no sign to let us know if we should be hopeful or not.
Based on the product specifications the Yoga Tablet integrates Intel® HD Graphics (Baytrail).
