Normally this can be cause by driver mis-match or corrupted. Please download the latest display driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25308/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-4th-Gen-Windows-10-64bit, then the chipset driver for your motherboard or system manufactuer. Uninstall the Intel graphic drviers from Uninstall Programs on Control Panel.
Reboot the system and install the new drivers. Also ensure you have the latest BIOS and Updates for you Windows 10 Pro Insider.
