Did you check the Windows* power plan settings?
Has it ever idled before? If yes, is there a recent change in your system?
Can you provide the make and model of your system as well as the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology version?
Windows power settings are set to have them idle at 20 minutes.

Also forgot to add it didn't do this until I upgraded from 8.1 Pro 64 to 10 Pro 64
I have switched back to Windows 8.1 Pro 64 and I disabled windows search in services. The drives shut down after my set 1 minute and it worked for a while. I restarted the computer and they drives will no longer idle. I have rechecked my settings and services is still disabled. Any help would be appreciated, really tired of sitting here all day listening to this things hum.
