Installing HAXM on i7-3632QM

Hi,

I see this one is an old issue...

I write in hope there's a new solution.

I have a i7-3632QM mounted on a Acer Aspire V3-771G with Windows 8 updated to 8.1.

When I try to install HAXM I have this message:

But hardware requirements are satisfied and this diagnostic tool says that VT, intel 64 and NX/XD are turned on.

I tried to turn off Hyper-V in Control Panel/Enable Disable Windows Features but I don't have any option for that.

Thanks in advance for help

Hello ripa,

Have you tried disabling the Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) through the BIOS? If you haven't try enter the BIOS and load the default settings, normally Load default settings is done with F9 but you might have to check with your computer manufacturer in case is not that way.

Let me know your findings.

Regards,

Amy.
