Hello!

I'm wondering where i can get drivers for my chipset Intel Brookdale i845D? I've searched all over the freaking web and i only found non-working links.

The only thing that was near this was this: http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-009236.htm http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-009236.htm

But as you can see, my chipset isn't there, but i'm wondering if i just can take the one without number and download?

I really need help with this one, thanks.

Running Windows XP.

It's a QDI PlatiniX 2D (6 PCI, 1 AGP, 1 CNR, 2 DIMM).

Anyway, according to the chipset identification thing it seems like i got a 845 chipset, so i will just go download the driver from the drivers link in my first post.

Thanks.

Audio and LAN seem to be optional do you need them?

Depends, as i've done a driver backup of the sound drivers, and i've got a different network card.

Well, could use it as an insurance or something if something doesn't work

So maybe

Uhm

What is the sound card driver for? As i've got integrated Intel 82801BA ICH2 - AC'97 Audio Controller [B-5].

Its possible not to have a Intel audio and have a 3rd party chip be the audio but info for the board is not clear so it seems it is the Intel audio.
