I am having this exact same problem. Didn't use the compute stick for a week or two, now it won't boot with the exact same symptoms as the OP. Is our only option to RMA it? Where do we start the RMA process?

Be aware that for you to do a system restore you will need to use an USB keyboard instead of wireless keyboard so you can use your keyboard to access F8 and follow the steps.
The system will not respond to F8. It will respond to esc and get into the BIOS, but doesn't respond to any recovery options.
In this case, have you tried a BIOS recovery?
