You could try using the Flash Tool Lite: IoT - Flash Tool Lite User Manual | Intel® Developer Zone. This tool is used to flash the Edison module.
On the other hand, according to the log you posted, it seems that the flashall method finished successfully. Can you access the internal terminal of your Edison after performing the re-flashing process? Take a look at this thread: flashall.sh reporting a successful flash but clearly not flashing the image. The same output you posted was reported in that thread, and the process worked fine.
the "flashall" messages can be VERY misleading! It once took me several hours to find out that a "finished" can as well mean "error - couldn't write"
Hi Diego. No as @mhahn suggests the report is very misleading - 30s is nowhere near long enough to flash and the Edison definitely wasn't. I'll check out the Flash Tool Lite though, cheers.
In the end I managed to recover the device by flashing from OSX instead. I had previously been flashing with a Linux machine, but that method was failing as described above.
In fact OSX had also previously failed to flash as there's an issue with Yosemite, but this hack got it working. So it seems Edison can be a bit tempramental and OS specific. So if bricked I'd definitely recommend trying another machine/OS to flash.
