intel usb 3.0 driver v4.0.0.36 give BSOD after reboot

I have a new MSI M5 motherboard with z170A chipset.  I installed intel usb 3.0 driver v4.0.0.36.  After install, everything is fine and usb device can work correctly.  But once I reboot the computer, then it give me BSOD (window blue screen of death).  I can see some message about memory management or cache manager crashed.  I'll have to restore back to a previous save point and everything is running fine.  Only aftrer I install the Intel usb 3.0 driver and reboot will this BSOD occured.  I am running Window 7 64 bit.

Could anyone give me any advice/suggestions to resolve this?
