Hi.

I am using Dell Inspiron 5720.

When i was using Win 7 as OS. The WiFi work as smooth. but after updating to Win 10, wireless LAN is drop very often. I have tried to Update Drivers form Device Drivers, but nothing is working.

Also when WiFi is dropped, it doesn't scan the network, and luckily when the network is detected it has problem connecting to it.

I had thought to format, but again there would be a problem of drivers for Win10. What should i do now?

Format Laptop?

Downgrade to Win7?

or Download other wireless drivers?

please help me.

Thankyou

shubc30,

For the time being, there are no drivers provided by Intel for Windows*10 as it provides its own inbox drivers for the Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230. You can also consult with Dell* for any possible updates that may improve your experience. On our best effort to help you with this inconvenience, please try the solutions provided below:
