MFSYS25 Firmware Problem

I have a MFSYS25 that has been mistakenly updated to firmware version 11.6. How can I downgrade it to 6.10? I used EBF to ftp the 6.10 cmm_core.zip file to the CMM, but I get an error about the linux-x86 file missing during the install process. It then states that the Linux is corrupt. Any suggestions?

The reason why you are getting such error message is because you have loaded the firmware version for the MFSYS25V2 instead. We strongly recommend contacting our support group directly to run a complete system diagnostics and resolve the issue based on that report:
