I have a problem with finding appropriate drivers for Intel SATA controller installed on third-party (i.e. not made by Intel) barebone system. Processor is Celeron J1900. Is there any way to find out what the ATA controller is actually installed on my system? I found out that the controller must be made by Intel (PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F21&CC_0101) but had no luck to find drivers for it. Now only generic Microsoft ATA drivers are installed for the controller but I do want to make hard disk (Intel 530 Series SSD) to work in AHCI mode...
Thank you for contacting us. Follow these steps in order to get the information you are looking for:
*Go to Device Manager
*Expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
*Right click the controller *Go to the Details tab
*Under Property, you will find options like Hardware IDs or Device Description
Once you have the controller information go to the following link, so you can get the latest drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
