I was using Windows on my Galileo gen2. After 1 hour it stopped working and now it is not booting up. When I connect it with USB it is showing RED led for OC and also got too hot. It is not detecting by PC. It is not even booting up with linux. I also tried reset and reboot, nothing worked for me. Please advise if my board is broken , it seems not to be a firmware issue.
Issues about the OC LED and the behavior you are describing have been reported in the past. The OC LED indicates over current in the USB port. I suggest you to submit a warranty ticket using this form: Intel Support. The warranty team will contact you as soon as they receive the ticket.
