Black screen intel NUC D54250WYKH

Since yesterday I have black screen on my Benq RL2755h. Can't see bios or anything at startup. I only see the error "out of range" or "no HDMI signal".

I use mini HDMI to HDMI cable.

Connecting the NUC to my LG 55" TV, with the same cable it works.

Connecting Xbox One to the same HDMI outlet on the monitor the monitor works fine.

Connecting via Remote Desktop to the NUC, via my iPhone, it works fine.

I have deleted all Intel and RL2755 drivers and let windows update the drivers.

Still nothing.

Need help.

Have you tested the driver available at the link below?

I downloaded 15.36.64bit_test.zip the program, but it will not install. i get an error saying: "The system not fulfill the minimum requirements of this program.
