Hi,

I have a problem with the driver installation after updating to Windows 10. My card is Intel Core i5 460M. My second monitor is not detected as well as there is an file opening problem in AutoCAD 2012 / Autodesk. Does anyone know where I could find any suport for the issue? I have tried to install newest drivers released on the Intel page, but it say that my System doesn't meet the minimum requirements to install the drivers, I have checked it all right and it looks that the system meets tchem all. It is very frustrating at the moment.

Pleas help.

Thanks!

Can you confirm if your graphics controller is Intel® HD Graphics 4600? or Intel® HD Graphics first generation?

Please provide the model number of your current processor:

Click on the Windows icon, and search for "System"

Look for System Control Panel then note the processor model.

Allan.

Thanks for replying with the information.

I see you have processor model i5-460M, this is Intel® HD Graphics first generation and your graphics controller does not have driver support for Windows 10.

See here for supported processor on Windows 10: http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-035705.htm Processors — Intel® Processor Support for Windows® 10
