I first asked about this in a Microsoft community here:
For reference, here are the components I used to build the PC:
My PC hasn't frozen while in safe mode, and when I tried clean boot troubleshooting, the PC froze when just "Intel(R) Dynamic Application Loader Host Interface Service" was checked in the Services tab in the System Configuration tool. I was wondering if I could do anything to prevent the freezing. I could uncheck the box for the service in the System Configuration tool, but I'm not sure how important the service is, or if I could check for an update for it somehow. Please could someone advise me on what to do?
When it comes to our end I cannot confirm if by disabling the Intel(R) Dynamic Application Loader Host Interface Service the PC is going to stop freezing; however, I have been doing some research about this situation and I have found that other users have disable that option and their PC's don't freeze, in this case if you would like to disable the Intel(R) Dynamic Application Loader Host Interface Service it will under at your own risk.
