Hello RodrigoCC

This error may be caused by different reasons. For example: an outdated graphics driver, visual effects on you computer or too many programs running at the same time on your computer.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the Intel® HD Graphics installed on your computer. You may download them from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000/2000 Intel® Download Center

If possible, could you please provide more information about your current hardware configuration?
