Virtual Display on Intel Graphics HD 5500 and Windows 7

Hi I have a system with the Intel Graphics HD 5500 and Windows 7 installed on it. I'm trying to create a virtual display and am wondering if that is possible. The virtual display is typically done by going to display resolution and force attaching a monitor that is not physically present. I can do this under other discreet video cards, but it doesn't seem to be there avaialbe with the HD 5500. Can anyone suggest a course of action? This box will typically be headless, but I want to avoid using dongels to fake it out (partly because this is a dual Mini DP system that will be in an enclosed space and at times will need to be accessed with a physical monitor and don't want the dongles misplaced by an unwitting 3rd party). Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
