The power button method worked once. Not sure what happened -- now when I press the power button it shuts off completely within a couple of seconds with no on-screen dialogue etc. Now I'm not sure what the next step is.

There you will need to select your region, the product and then click on "Submit", which will populate the corresponding contact options based on your region.
