If you are referring to the Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC, it is necessary to use Microsoft® Windows update utility. From the utility use Additional features option.
My current stick has no recovery partition. I attempted the windows 10 upgrade and it failed. Found out later I needed a bios update. Now nothing works. I need recovery media.
I do have another windows with bing device. If I create recovery USB from that device, will it install on my compute stick?
The license code of Microsoft® Windows operating system is embedded on the drive of your Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC. It is necessary to replace your device.
