I forgot to mention that I am using Windows 2003 Small Business Server.
The maximum and minimum amount of Hard Disk Drives is 4. The RAID configuration doesn’t allow more than 4.
Hello Mike. Thank you for your response. Actually, I am trying to increase the size of the volume - it is currently at 300G and I want to increase it. I have already replaced the (4) original 150G HDD's with 1TB drives. In a RAID10 configuration, the new drive size should be 2TB but I don't know how to configure this. Can you assist?
I did a research on our older RAID software Matrix. According to the chipset controller of your motherboard, the Capacity expansion feature is not supported.

It is necessary to create a RAID volume from scratch. I suggest you to enable UEFI boot. UEFI recognizes Hard Disk Drives with 2TB or more. The drive partitions will be format to GPT instead of NTFS.
I apologize for the misunderstanding.
