The board has reached its end of interactive support with Intel so most likely there is not going to be updated any time soon, however what you can try is running the Windows 10 hardware compatibility tool from Microsoft and check if the hardware meets Microsoft requirements.
Intel is currently working on fix graphics issues with Windows 10. Please refer to the following link where you will be able to find more information about our work:

So how do I so that? I am running 8.1 update with no problems the GMA 2150 driver. The driver say's it's WDDM 1.0 which is what windows 10 is looking for but Intel has not certified this driver for 10 yet.
I have manually installed windows 10 on my Intel Desktop Board D525MW directly from Microsoft, yesterday 9/5/15. No issues with the GMA 3150 graphics.
Using the driver updated by Microsoft when running 8.1 Update which is the (WDDM 1.0) version. The system seems to be running faster with no stutter or lag from the graphics controller.
So far I'm pleased and am using it now to write this.
