I have exactly the same problem with my HP Envy x2 (the laptop where the screen can be removed and used separately as a tablet). Any help would be greatly appreciated, as it is not very old!

In this case since you are using third party hardware please contact the manufacturer since they may have custom made the chipset the system so they are the ones in charge of providing the support
