Description

Provide a detailed description of the issue AND 'does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?' If you can offer a % rate please do.

When I try playing a game on my computer, I will get freezes almost immediately and soon a black screen. Then, at the bottom right of my screen, a message shows up, saying: "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware. Application _________ has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware." Other times it will tell me my graphics hardware crashed. but recovered.Then the game crashes. Occurs almost every time.

Brand and Model of the system.

Dell Inspiron 3847

Hybrid or switchable graphics system? ie Does it have AMD or NV graphics too?

Only the Intel HD 4600

Make and model of any Displays that are used to see the issue (see note2 below).

LFP = Local Flat Panel (Laptop panel)

EFP = External Flat Panel (Monitor you plug in)

A quick google indicates other people are experiencing this issue regardless of the graphics vendor or game title. Many reports of the same issue have also been seen on Win8.1.
