When I try playing a game on my computer, I will get freezes almost immediately and soon a black screen. Then, at the bottom right of my screen, a message shows up, saying: "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware. Application _________ has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware." Other times it will tell me my graphics hardware crashed. but recovered.Then the game crashes. Occurs almost every time.

How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. Thesesteps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.

1. Open any game on my pc
2. Get into game to start playing
3. Wait 5 seconds
4. Black screen/freezes
5. fps drop
6. Black screen again
7. At the bottom right of my screen, a message shows up, saying: "Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware. Application _________ has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware."
