os is not booting.PXE-E53: No boot filename recieved, PXE-MOF: Exiting intel boot agent

Now I tell u in brief what I did.

I was having both windows xp and windows 7 in my pc for some years.xp was in c partition and windows 7 was in the f partition 2 days before I tried to uninstall windows xp from my pc.So I browsed a lot and found that a software called mini tool partition wizard could do this.Using that software I deleted the c partition thinking that it could delete my windows xp.So when I deleted the c partition using this software it asked me to reboot. But after rebooting it says booting failed in black background. I can able to see only my intel's screen after that a black screen appears with some error message.so my problem is the windows is not booting. Is there any way to resolve this problem.

This is the exact error message what Iam getting.

      "Intel boot agent fe v4.1.21

      Copyright (c) 1997-2007, intel corporation

Client mac address....no boot file name recieved

PXE-E53: No boot filename recieved, PXE-MOF: Exiting intel boot agent

      Boot failure

      Press any key to continue"

Note I have tried changing the boot order and also by disabling the network.

Please anyone help me I have been browsing for more than a week to find a solution.

      Thanks in advance
