I'm not very technical but came across this problem and the hard drives are fairly new (about 2 months old). I set up a raid 10 array with 4 hard drives and have been installing much software using Windows server 2012. This morning came in and restarted the server after installing software and I couldn't get into the operating system (still can't). 2 drives show up as failed and I went into the Intel Rapid Storage Technology system and was able to recover 1 drive and it also shows that the Raid volume has been "degraded". I can't get the other disk repaired and it shows "Error Occurred(0)". I also can not get the system to boot up into the o/s. Unfortunately I can't get any error reports. Is there anything I can do to get back up and going again?
Please try disconnecting the drive with errors and reconnect another drive.
