I have ultrabook Dell Inspiron 15z N-5523-N2-02-Touch with an Intel Core i5-3337U @1,8 GHz.My computer worked really fast and quietly, however two weeks ago my computer became really slow and the fan runs all the time. In task manager everything is normal like before the slowdown except my processor it´s running about 10-20% but his speed is still 1,98GHz (always). Thank you for help. Sorry for my English.

Check if you are using the latest BIOS version and latest drivers recommended by Dell. Then, I suggest you to run Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. This stress test will tell us if there is anything wrong with the processor.

Hi jirikp,
See my CPU performance screenshot below, I don't see anything wrong with yours but if you feel that your system is slow, I would check on any application running on the background, I would run an antivirus and as mikec_intel mentioned before, make sure all drivers are up to date.
Regards,
