Can you see if the device appear working properly in the device manager and make sure there is driver installed.
You may refer to the code 35 information stated in Microsoft* website Code 35: Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. (Please note this is a 3rd party website, Intel has no control over the content and for your reference only)
So far there is no Windows 10 driver available for for 82562V on our website Intel® Download Center.
What is the brand and model of your system, for compatibility, you need to find out if your system can support Windows 10 even if the system can be upgraded successfully to Windows 10. It is recommended to contact your system vendor for the driver as this is a newly release operating system.
