What happened when you were flashing the image to your Edison? Did you get an error message? Did you keep any log?
Anyhow, I can see in your screen shots that your Edison Serial device is still recognized, so your Edison may not be bricked, it could have a software issue. Can you enter your Edison's terminal (using PuTTY) and let us know if it has an issue booting up or if it is able to enter the Edison's internal Linux correctly?
Also, have you tried flashing your Edison with Flash Tool Lite? You will find it in IoT - Intel® Edison Board Download | Intel® Developer Zone as well as a guide on how to use it.
What happened when you were flashing the image to your Edison?
There was a power outage
Did you get an error message? Did you keep any log?
unfortunately I have not

No. It is impossible. In third photo You can't see the leter of the EDISON
Also, have you tried flashing your Edison with Flash Tool Lite?
I will try
According to your second picture, I can see that the USB Serial Port is being recognized on COM port 10. You only need this device to enter the Edison's Linux.
Try to access Linux with the above PuTTY configuration and let us know what happens.
Also, do try the Flash Tool Lite and let us know how it goes.
You can also try with the flashall.bat script. For this you need to:
1) Download this file->https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/54378433/dfu-util/dfu-util.exe and put it inside the folder where you have the files for the image in your PC.
2) Use cmd.exe and go to the folder where you have the files of the image (Download it from here) and run the flashall.bat file.
3) You will be asked to "plug and reboot the board". In that moment you need to plug your board and wait for the process to be done.
Let us know if this helps,
Correct me if I'm wrong, you tried the flashall method but it did not work, right?
However, one of your screenshots above show that the Flash Tool Lite recognized your board, were you able to flash it that way? Or did any error appeared?
I just checked, and indeed it doesn't look like what it detected was the Edison. I have sent you a PM, please look at it. And by the way that LED means that power is being supplied to the Edison.
