apparently the win7 installation doesn't have usb 3 support? It got as far as the language entry screen for the installation cd and I couldn't use the keyboard and mouse any more. I had the keyboard plugged into a usb 3 nub connected to one of the back usb ports(not the front port). have flashed new bios 0051.
Can I try a different usb port or do I change bios settings to allow win7 to see the usb keyboard?
Try to look for a way to turn off USB 3 in the BIOS?
Also, the back ports should be USB 2, can't you just plugin the keyboard to one of those for the duration of the installation?
