Hello Krizz, today i installed Windows 10 x64 and i got same problem, must be compatibility problem of software.
I'm disappointed that Intel was not prepared to update their software on day of Windows 10 release.
So for now, we must wait.

Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility will only be able to overclock your system if the settings are available by your system BIOS.

Hello joe : i have Intel Z75 chipset, i can set all cores to 3.9Ghz, which can be done via intel extreme tuning software, but not via BIOS, there is basically nothing to set in BIOS. That's why i need this software. There is also possibility to set cores to 3.9 / 4.0 / 4.1 / 4.2Ghz separately via software.
Cheers
Marek

Hi FlanK3r,
The software is new, some third party motherboards are not recognizing properly the tool. Please verify the compatibility with your motherboard manufacturer.

I had a similar issue with my gigabyte z97 board. I originally upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10. I had to do a clean install of windows to get this work. Disappointing, but I am now able to use XTU!
