Increase size of RAID 5 Volume

I'm running Vista on a Intel DG33TL board & Intel Core Duo with C: drive RAID 5.  I was running 3 160GB SATA drives (Size 298 GB Volume).  One of the hard drives crashed, and all I had on hand were some 500GB SATA drives, so I popped one in and rebuilt the volume.  Since I was running low on C: drive space, I continued to substitute the 500GB drives for the other 2 160s.  Unfortunately, my volume size is still 298 GB.  How do I increase the volume size to its potential for 500 GB drives?
