If the Network adapters were installed from factory, the best source to obtain drivers is the Computer Manufacturer Support. OEM adapters may have customizations and using the drivers from the manufacturer is recommended. The drivers available from Intel Download Center work fine in most cases, but are considered generic versions.

2. As second option, you can manually download drivers and software for Intel devices from Intel® Download Center. You will need the type and model of the adapter, as well as the Operating System version.

Do you know if I need to install all the drives for the wirless adapter or just the most recent?
Since you mentioned that the device drivers were deleted, you should be able to install the most recent driver without problems.
So the Ausus Website says "update" by the files.
