RESET /REFRESH of ComputeStick now prompting for "Other User" username & password

I had to RESET (back to factory settings) my compute stick due to an error and now it's prompting for "Other User" username & password but won't accept any of my logins. Is there a default/initial user?

I read some articles and found out that the computestick reboots/resets more consistently when NOT powered by the TV USB. I moved the power to the wall plug and RESET/REFRESHED again and it successfully took me back to the windows configuration. I was able to set up my user again and I'm back in.

It occurs to me that is better NOT to use the TV USB since it would be prone to abruptly lose power if you turned off the TV before shutting down the computer. This could happen if you had the powered up computestick in one input and you were watching another input.
