Which version of Windows do you have?
What is the driver version you are trying to install on your computer?
Are you getting the latest driver from the Intel web site or your computer manufacturer's?
I am sorry that I could not answer.
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
I was trying to install the latest drivers from the Intel web site and I was trying with VGA drivers from motherboard's dvd.
I have really no idea what to do. I downloaded all possible Windows updates. Nothing helps.
I even tried on different motherboard and I have now clean Windows installed. Nothing works.
Thanks for the information.
Does this happen in BIOS screen? if so, there might be an issue with the graphics controller (processor) or the video port on the computer.
Have you tested another monitor? different cables?
Thanks for your reply.
It doesn't happen in BIOS screen. I can get into BIOS settings and do what I want.
I don't think that it could be issue with video port on the computer becouse it is the second motherboard which I am testing. I don't have GPU now becouse it was broken and It is under warranty.
As you suggested I tried with different vga cable and another monitor. There was no result.
When I get into Safe mode I can turn off the driver in the device manager I can use my computer. I have to be WITHOUT any driver all the time.
Is it possible that it doesn't work becouse of vga cable? My monitor is quite old and it doesn't have any other port.
