We’ll try to replicate this configuration to see if it takes that long to post on our side. We will let you know our findings once tested.
i try another NUC, with BIOS defaults, try chnage HDD to ADATA: ASP600S3-32GM-C but the problem is same.
From our side I have been testing the same model with different SSD and it is working just fine so I think there is a problem with the hardware you are using.
My recommendation is to do a back up and does a low level format in the drive in case there is a problem with the SSD. Besides this, make sure there are no USB devices connected rather than the mouse and keyboard.
