i am using Intel Edison. Edison WiFi does not automatically connect to the last AP after reboot. One has to manually do the connection every time. This is inconvenient. I discover that by running "systemctl start wpa_supplicant", I can get Edison to connect to the last AP. The problem is how do I run the command "systemctl start wpa_supplicant" automatically every time after boot-up?
How are you setting up your Wi-Fi Connection? Did you set it up using the configure_edison --wifi or connman or directly from the command line?
This is an unexpected behavior and it shouldn't happen. What image are you using? Is it the official image or a custom build? If you are on anything bellow 159, you can find the version of your Edison's image with the command configure_edison --version, I'd suggest you to update to the latest version that you will find on Intel® Edison Board Download | Intel® Developer Zone.
