    Cross compiled program syntax error

    Radiian

      I have a simple hello world program written in C and cross compiled for the galileo. It works fine on my host machine, but when I drop it on the galileo and run it I get an error:

      -sh: test: line 1: syntax error: unexpected "("

      My code is just simply

      #include <stdio.h>

      main()

      {

      printf("Hello, world!\n");

      }

      What would cause that syntax error?
