    Reading and writing to SRAM?

      Hi All,

I'm trying to find out how to access the eSRAM and possibly even execute from it. I would like to be able to run memory tests, but I need the DRAM free to do that. Basically what I want to do is instead of loading code into the DRAM and running, I want to load from SPI-Flash straight into the SRAM and run there so I can then do a mem test on the external DRAM. However I can't seem to find any details about writing to and reading from the SRAM. Any suggestions?

I have a bit of a correction. I misunderstood the goal in testing the DRAM. Our goal is not to actually test the RAM itself but the address lines to the chip. We just want to be sure that the lines aren't cross talking in our design. So, is there a way to find out where in memory the linux image is lingering? I think what we would like to do is test all the addresses that are empty and then change where the linux image loads, and test all the remaining lines, is that possible?
