I have not tried it but it should possible. Keep in mind that only one of them can provide Internet access, the Ethernet connection or the WiFi connection. In case you have problems by setting both connections up in the Arduino side I suggest you to try from the Linux side of the board. I hope you find this helpful.
Thanks for answer!! I did some test and i realized that probably the right way to obtain a connection through arduino shield, is to inizialize a spi connection with icsp pin, and then install the driver of the ethernet controller.
After that the system can see it like a network card.
This is only a theory becouse a i didn't test this configuration, i chose to make a connection through USB at the end xD
