    Edison flash breaks after "Wait for device with status pos on port 1/2"

      I got a new Edison board and want to flash the recent firmware onto it, but It always stops here (u-boot gets updated successfully):

      I connected to the serial and saw that Linux was fully booting up at this position. It booted a kernel build on "Wed Aug 20 16:09:18 CEST 2014".

       

      I am on Windows 7 32 Bit and I am using "Intel(R) Phone Flash Tool Lite V 5.2.4.0 x86 (build on Monday April 27th 2015, 16:29:59 UTC)" and want to flash edison-image-ww25.5-15.
