I have a pc with a Celeron B960 and Intel HD graphics. The PC has a fresh install of Windows 8.1 pro x64 and all the updates were done. The graphic card is seen as generic and intel drivers won't install. The error is: pc doesn't meet minimum requirements. Even the drivers automatically downloaded from Windows update don't install. Please provide a fix.

You may want to try the alternate zip file installation method; if it still does not work try getting the driver from the system manufacturer.
