This is a good suggestion; however, we are unable to comment on any unreleased products.
hmm interesting so gen6 i3 NUC should be out before September.
Looks like they'll use i3 6100U and i5 6500U with Intel HD6xxx on gen6 NUC, I really hope they improve the heatsink/fan on gen6 NUC cos I don't really care about the HD6xxx..
OP, probably not in near future cos Intel processors with Iris Pro 6200 are rated minimum 47W TDP.. and they had trouble cooling 28W TDP i7 5775U in NUC.
But Gigabyte Brix shouldn't have problem using 47W TDP processor cos they already have 65W TDP processor on Birx Pro using large copper heatsink/fan.
That's good to know! Thank you. That's one thing that I'm trying to avoid is heat issues, as I had a previous Dell that easily overheated any time that one tried to do anything graphical on it, from Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash ... or even a fairly basic game, such as the Sims 3. After I lost a $2K laptop to due to this, I started to look to the NUC line, as I've noticed that they do control heat better, it seems. Sure, they might not have all the "firepower" that modern gaming systems need, but it should take care of productivity and some basic fun too. :-)
