Are you connecting the board successfully? Is the code running as expected (without debugging)? Is this happening only when you try something specific on your code or is it happening in every scenario?
I tried on two Windows PC with two different Edison, one mini and one arduino board. I need to debug a test application made of several file. It works perfectly except for this debugging problem. It happens immediately when debugger finish to load.
Are you able to successfully debug a nodejs app on OS 2.1?
I tried also on a Mac the blink sample and got always the same error. It is the 10.35 regression. Tomorrow I'll try to compile the latest version and see what happen.
I solved the problem installing node version 0.10.38 from AlexT_Intel repository (thanks Alex!). It seems Alex was so smart to avoid the use of the buggy version 0.10.35 that it is in the ww18-15 image and also in its BSP.
These are the commands to upgrade node version (it could be easier if you configure the AlexT repo before):
@Intel guys I hope this bug will be notified to the dev group.
