What is the computer brand and model you have?
The computer is a HP Prodesk 400 G1 SFF. In the meantime, I got the solution from Intel support. There are no XP drivers for this chipset.
Iin the BIOS i had to set the SATA mode to IDE. IDE mode does not require to load SATA-drivers.
Than the installation worked.
It is good to hear it is working now.
